The service was impeccable...perfect in every way. Location is great, very close to Tokyo Station. The rooms are very good, although not quite up to the standard of what I would consider 5 Star. We were very happy with our stay, and I would probably give 5 stars if the price wasn't quite as high. You are paying for the Four Seasons name, and there are other 5 Star hotels in Tokyo that are not only a better value, but a better overall experience. Thank you to the staff, who could not have been more welcoming, more accommodating, and more helpful during our stay. Well done.

We stayed here for 8 nights as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 6. The location is great as it gives easy access to many restaurants, shops and transportation within a 3 year-old’s walking distance. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. They helped us ship a suit case to our next destination and even allowed us to store a suit case at the hotel for 5 days after checkout. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. They are spacious with plenty of storage space and are immaculate. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large as well and the kids really enjoyed taking baths. The hotel pays a lot of attention to details, especially to accommodate the kids. They offered bath toys, personalized welcome snacks, kids’ bathrobes, origami paper and other children’s activities. Our kids were sad to leave this hotel. Overall, I would definitely give this hotel 5 stars and I hope to return in the near future.

exceptionally good service, i have stayed in 5 hotels in the past 2 weeks, this is by far the best service. very helpful to go extra miles in assiting us in dealing with all kinds of situation under COVID, be it testing be it transportation arrangement
