Beyongo is a travel platform that helps you search for and book hotels. We connect travelers with accommodation providers, but we do not own or operate the hotels listed on our platform.

2. Using Beyongo

By using Beyongo, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to make bookings
• The information you provide is accurate and complete

You must not use Beyongo for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful bookings or activities.

3. Booking and Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and provider confirmation
• Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation by email or SMS
• Please review your booking details carefully before completing your payment

4. Prices and Payments

• Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change until the booking is confirmed
• Full payment is required to secure a booking
• In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel or adjust the booking and will notify you as soon as possible

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Each booking is subject to the cancellation policy set by the provider
• Any applicable fees or conditions are shown before confirmation
• Refund processing times depend on the provider and payment method
• In some cases, refunds may be issued as platform credit

6. Changes to Bookings

Requests to modify bookings, including dates or guest details, are subject to provider policies and may include additional charges. Some bookings cannot be modified after confirmation.

7. No-Show

If you do not check in and do not notify the accommodation provider, the booking may be cancelled without a refund. If your plans change, contact the property as early as possible.

8. Our Role

Hotels and accommodation providers are responsible for delivering the services you book. Beyongo facilitates the booking process but does not control service delivery.

9. Liability

We work to ensure a smooth booking experience, but Beyongo is not responsible for:

• Service failures or quality issues from providers
• Delays, cancellations, or events beyond our control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.

10. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Beyongo, including text and data, belongs to Beyongo or its partners and may not be used without permission.

12. Privacy and Cookies

Use of Beyongo is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Future Services

We plan to expand Beyongo with additional services such as flights, visa assistance, and eSIM. Additional terms may apply.
