I have to give credit to the staff. Everyone was very polite and professional . However, the room that we lived in was kind of old. All furniture needs to be either refurbished or replaced, and especially the bathroom needs to be upgraded. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the room.

Spacious room and cosy environment to stay too. We all slept well throughout the 3 nights. Travel around seamlessly as the Kyoto station is jist below the hotel. A must book hotel for Kyoto trip.
