The W Bangkok exceeded expectations. Everywhere you look you see how much attention they spend to the small details to make your stay so memorable. The breakfast buffet is without comparison. Highly recommend experiencing the W for yourself.

Everything was great. Staff, stay, service, hospitality. It is literally the 5star hotel quality. I was very happy to be their customer. They kindly offered me taking shower after checkout for my late flight. Breakfast variety was good!
