The hotel needs a little upgrading. There is black spots on murrer batheoom and the beds are hard. But its ok just to stay if your roaming Manila anyway.

The service in the restaurant was very unhelpful and very very slow and forgetting orders Also after sitting in the restaurant Nobody came to our table for one hour Then they only took my partners order and forgot me Then when her food arrived they just served me a bowl of rice and no main course I then told them you haven't taken my order yet ! I then ordered my main course of chicken n garlic rice This then took another twenty minutes and arrived with no garlic rice So this item came after ten more minutes The restaurant only had two other tables to look after So i think this is the worst hotel in Manila And would not recommend it to anyone

The location is really good, situated near terminals and there's a path going straight to LRT. My kids had fun and enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the steam room too. Free breakfast is just okay and basic. The TV is just basic, no Smart apps, just basic channels,ang so we just didn't use it. The exhaust in the bathroom is pretty loud and noisy, so taking a shower is not that relaxing. No other switch to turn it off. Staff are polite and accomodating

The staff were very friendly and always greeting us with a smile. The breakfast was a great addition to our stay because the food was good and unlimited and the pool though a little on the smaller side made up for it with clean and clear water which was nice and refreshing after a hot day in the sun.
