The rooms and building are infested with cockroaches There are rats literally running through the lobby and reception areas and these conditions seem to be accepted as normal by the staff and management. Although the cleaning staff appear to be genuinely friendly and pleasant. That is the one and only positive. Other than that if I have to rate JMM as a whole it would wth negative figures.

This was an awesome find, 3 bedroom humongous apartment in Malate about 45 seconds walk from Robinson Mall. Check in and out was fast and easy. Hotel has an airport shuttle that’s reasonable in price. Apartment I had was in the 47th floor with an amazing view of Manila, windows allow you to see almost 180 degrees of the city. The pool was great for guests not crowded but not much Sun hitting it so can be cold which is nice on a hot Manila summer day. We had 11 people in our party and everyone was comfortable and happy with sleeping arrangements.

Perfect location in the middle of everything. People where great. The rooms where less than expected but ok. House keeping was way lower than average. They didnt mop once and only swept rooms

Spectacular view overlooking the bay from the 44th floor. Room was clean and the king size bed was very comfortable. The room itself was extremely quiet. Room service personnel were very pleasant and reliable. Only slight concern was the Internet constantly going out, which caused connection problems with the TV and Wi-Fi.

What I like is very convenient to everything . What I don’t like is poor services. No wifi at all, air conditioning is very bad, when you ask for service to clean the room, after they clean ‘ still have a lot of smell in the bathroom.’. I don’t know where it came from, i think they should have disinfect better the room every time they cleaned.
