Was a little disappointed that there was no breakfast included. I was also charged an additional fee at checkout for some local tax. I was under the impression that i paid for everything through hotels.com

The hotel is gorgeous. Had top floor corner room with incredible view of The Scramble and Shibuya All staff are polite to a fault, totally fluent in English, happy to assist in every way, including suggestions and reservations at hard to find speakeasy Izikayas or more well known places. Breakfast can’t be beat and ditto for the bar. Altogether an exceptional hotel with exceptional staff. Can’t wait to come back,

We enjoyed this hotel. The staff was amazing. The location was great!!!! We were in walking distance to great restaurants, shops, landmarks, and train station. I would highly recommend this hotel!
