Starting 1 February 2026, further transformation work includes reconfiguring the Eat & Meat Restaurant and the main lobby to create updated spaces. Throughout this phase, the hotel remains open, with the main facilities, including restaurants, spa, gym, and pool, planned to stay in service. During this period, buffet breakfast and buffet lunch are provided at the alternative venue Excelsior on the 2nd floor, while dinner is served à la carte at The Gallery Lobby Lounge. During this upgrade, the reception continues to be enhanced, and guests use the secondary entrance situated 20 meters from the primary one.

A phased renovation project begins on 3 March 2025, starting with guest room upgrades, followed by improvements to dining venues, spa, meeting rooms, and other public areas. During the initial room renovation phase, work proceeds in stages on specific guest room floors, while key facilities such as restaurants, spa, gym, pool, and meeting rooms remain open. In the subsequent facilities renovation stage, the hotel plans to provide alternative arrangements to keep services available and aims to minimize any impact on stays.

From 24 April 2026 to 30 September 2026, the swimming pool is scheduled for renovation, with an alternative outdoor pool facility available to guests. The hotel indicates that it will work to reduce noise and disturbance during this period.
