The room was spotless and so spacious. The dining options were excellent and the pool area was well maintained and a pleasure to enjoy. All the staff were outstanding in their politeness and friendliness, The location was great and the Dubai Mall only a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again,

The room with a king bed that I booked wasn't available and I was given a room with twin beds instead. Check in staff not very knowledgeable and I had to remind her of the benefits that came with my booking. Other than that, the hotel was nice.
