Very bad experience with this hotel the staff is good but the room is on first floor no pracvacy all the pool side people can see your room very bad experience here never go there again

Very average. More beach umbrellas needed. All inclusive menu very limited and we saw all cocktails watered down. Better options on the Palm.

The hotel nickel and dimes you. Upon arrival we were offered a small extra bed for the third person and we were charged an extra $200. The worst part was the front Desk employee named Yum. Yum kept calling our room and then when outside of the hotel he sucker punched my friend giving him a scar
