The loud sound of racing cars on the street in the middle of the night is ridiculous and unacceptable. I complained to the front few as well. Something should be done. People are coming to relax and not waking up in the middle of the night with nonsense racing car sounds. It happened every single night that we stayed there. 5 nights in a row

The grandeur of the hotel is astonishing. The rooms are spacious, but I think they could be better automated, especially the air conditioning, which feels a bit outdated. The water park is the main attraction, and being able to access it as a hotel guest is a privilege. The aquariums are fabulous and better than many aquariums in big cities. The restaurants are good, and the breakfast is very diverse.

Amazing resort with excellent accommodation and facilities. The aquapark is outstanding and a real highlight. Breakfast is average, and the beach is nothing special for a resort of this level. Dining is confusing and restrictive — even on a full-board plan, many better restaurants require significant extra payment, in some cases up to $190 per person, which feels excessive. Overall impressive, but food policies reduce the value.
