Madrid and Barcelona — 4 Nights Spain

On arrival at the airport, you are transferred to your hotel. Use your free time until the tour begins. Check the information boards in the hotel reception area for details about the welcome meeting with your guide and other travelers. Late in the day, a transfer is provided to Plaza Mayor and La Latina, a well-known area for nightlife and tapas, where you can choose from various restaurants, including Indian, Chinese, Spanish, and Middle Eastern options. The next morning starts with a guided tour through central Madrid, covering Paseo del Prado, Cibeles, Neptuno, the Gate of Alcalá, Plaza de Colón, and Plaza Mayor. You then visit Retiro Park to see the lake and the Glass Palace. Entrance is included to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, home of Real Madrid. The afternoon is free, and in the evening you return to the hotel. In the morning, you depart for Aragón, traveling through the region of Castile. In Zaragoza there is a short stop to visit the Pilar Basilica. The journey continues to the Monastery of Poblet, surrounded by walls and considered one of the best-preserved medieval monasteries (entrance included). Afterwards, you continue to Barcelona, arriving in the evening. The following morning includes a city tour of Barcelona, a Mediterranean city noted for Gaudí’s works and modernist architecture, the Ramblas, and sites linked to the Universal Exhibitions and Olympic Games held there. The afternoon is free. In the evening, there is a transfer to Maremagnum, a modern area with leisure facilities and restaurants by the sea near Plaza Colón, where you can walk around and have dinner. After breakfast, the services included in the itinerary conclude.
