Upon arrival in Tbilisi, a local representative will receive you and arrange your transfer to your hotel in Tbilisi. This historic and lively capital stretches along both banks of the Mtkvari River and is encircled by mountains on three sides. The city’s name, Tbilisi, originates from the Old Georgian term "tbili," meaning warm. Archaeological research shows that the area has been inhabited since at least the 4th millennium BC. After check-in at your Tbilisi hotel, enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. The following morning, after breakfast at the hotel and around 10:00 am, begin a guided exploration of OLD TBILISI. The walking tour departs from Freedom Square and covers key landmarks such as the Clock Tower, Bridge of Peace, Rike Park, Metekhi Church, and a cable car ascent to Narikala Fortress (round-trip by cable car), along with “Mother of Kartli” and the Abanotubani District, known for its Sulfur Baths. Continue onward to the Alphabet Tower and the statue of Ali and Nino, passing through Medea Square and the Poseidon Statue. Enjoy free time for a walk along the seaside beach. Later, drive to Makhuntseti Waterfall to admire the surrounding landscapes. Return to your hotel in Batumi and complete check-in formalities if required. Overnight in Batumi.
