We wanted to stay near the Grand Bazaar in a non chain hotel. This fit the bill very well. The street in front is closed to cars after 10am, so we did have to walk about 300 meters from the taxi with our bags. Room was very quiet. Couldn’t even hear the calls to prayer when we slept.

The location is really great , however keep in mind since the hotel is located at busy area , it makes it difficult to access by car or taxis !

Very poor customer service. There was a wifi issue when I arrived during check in time and the receptionist told that they would send somebody to check. I had to go downstairs to check when I found out no body was going to show up. When asked for bottle of water, the receptionist guy had asked me to get the water from the cooler in the dining area (lower floor from reception). What kind of customer service is this?? Disappointed with the overall stay. I would recommend you to hire more people and train on customer service instead of overworking the existing staffs. As for proximity to the tram it is good.

Everyone was friendly...and efficient. Rooms were lovely, delicious breakfast served each morning. Excellent location. Would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

للأسف أنا عميل مميز لدى الفندق منذ سنوات الفندق من افضل الفنادق في المنطقه أمان وراحه وكل شي لكن الموظفين متقلبين المزاج ولا كانهم يعرفونك ولا يساعدوك في الترفيه اول الإفطار حتى لو تقول غرفه اكبر من الغرفه حقتك لا ويرفضون علشان تدفع طيب أنا عميل مميز لديكم وتعرفوني زين حتى لو تقول شاي قالو ادفع فلوس مافيه ضيافه مافيه اي شي للاسف ناشفين في الاستقبال وانا راح اكرر الزياره لأنه فندق عالمي والله
