A nice clean and fairly modern hotel. The staff are very helpful. The only negative was that they only provided coffee and creamer so I purchased my own because I did not have breakfast. When I mentioned it on my check-out I was informed that in future they would provide tea bags as well. A nice 1 mile walk to the beach and another mile to walking street but lots to see and do en-route. There is a Foodland literally 50 yards away, where you buy anything you want as well as good food at a great price. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again if ever in Pattaya.

Very friendly hotel staff and close to Harbor Pattaya. There is 24h supermarket near by the hotel. Little bit far to the beach but easy to hop on the shuttle taxi to go everywhere. We’d go back again to stay.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and super supportive in answering our questions about places to go for local food, traffic, etc... We booked a superior room and the size of the room is just right for a couple. The hotel was relatively new, the room was neat and super clean, which works for an OCD like me.

I am glad we stayed at Levana, Pattaya Hotel. Very nice, new hotel. Staff is very courteous. I recommend this hotel to all. I myself will choose again. Breakfast was very clean and good. Bathrooms are very good as well.

The hotel is very modern and presented in immaculate condition. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel serves a very tasty buffet breakfast with a lot of variety including cereals, bread, fruits, fruit juices, hot dishes, tea and coffee. The hotel is conveniently located to Big C Extra shopping mall. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel on my next vacation to Pattaya.

Really awesome - hotel staff are one of the most the friendliest and most helpful you will find in any hotel, great value and quiet location off the main road, next to 24hour foodland. Would be my first choice at the price point for the area and use Grab to get around
