The hotel provided value for money. It's very close to the Main Street in jomtien and a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was reasonably clean and the staff were pleasant. The rooms are very spacious. It's the second time I've stayed here and grumble for the price I paid.

Nothing were good in this hotel. Bad service, aged rooms. When we came to this hotel, nobody didn'n came to help with the luggage. The reseptionist said that he is the only one who is working there. When we got our luggage to the lobby, there where 4 reseptionist at work. No one helped us. The pictures of the hotel rooms are over rated, they don't show the truth what condition the rooms are. Our rooms toilette started to floud. We called to reseption 3 times and nobody came. The staff hang the phone to my ear! We waited 2 hours and then I asked cleaner to come see the rooms. The water was flouting to the room. Nobody cared on anything. The last episode was when we where leaving, we asked reseptionist call us a taxi that we change to a another hotel. She refused to call a taxi, said only that " you can get from the street' Don't waste Your money to this hotel!

The room I booked was supposed to have a double bed but there were two single beds pushed together. not really satisfactory and the room was very noisy. next to the elevator and a very noisy Tour bus park with noisy Chinese Tourist arriving late and leaving early every day. I requested a room change several times but had no luck. This almost spoiled my holiday but I was determined not to let that happen.
