The hotel is good and the location is good. Swimming pool is good as well. The air condition was too cold.

It was a lot of bugs in the room, in the bathroom, on the walls, on the floor and in the bed. Changed room, Next room was much better But still a couple of bugs there

Palin was an absolute gem. From the time I made initial contact prior to arrival, to my time of check out, she went above and beyond to make everything about my stay as comfortable as could be. She gave great local recommendations as well as helped orchestrate my travels to a major city about 90 minutes away. She is definitely a valued member at the Grand Palazzo Hotel Pattaya

1. Dirty sofa 2. Very noisy 3. The whole prop. is run down 4. The hallway smells moldy 5 No hot water, it’s just medium 6. The breakfast buffet is good

Room was really big but, few things I picked up on. No charging plugs next to either side of the bed and only 2 plugs in the room, one for the kettle located in the coffee area and another plug at the writing table. The tap in the sink are quite old and stiff to use and had to use a lot of energy to turn it on and off. Breakfast was a big miss and only used it once in our 5 day stay. Not much choices to choose from and flies were having their breakfast as well on the open food. Location is good as it’s not that far from the beach or shopping centre. There is the hotel van that takes you to the beach but only leaves at a certain time in the day. Upon arrival, staff checked us into the wrong room and had to go down to explain which they resolved. Next day going for breakfast, we had the lady who ticks off the rooms for breakfast chasing us around with a bill and asking us to pay for breakfast even though we had already paid for the entire stay. No apology on her end. Average hotel to be honest

The hotel is very old and needs renovation. Location is very good. Breakfast is very very basic. Mostly Thai food and doesn’t have a good variety.
