Old hotel and very disappointed when I was staying. Crickets everywhere, slow WiFi, uncomfortable bed, shower/water is weak. It’s not the same on the pictures. Except staff they’re very nice.

The place looked a little dodgy from the outside, but once you get out of the lift upstairs you're in for a treat: Ratty hall carpets, the smell of poor, older buildings and rooms which just plain suck. The "mattress" is just an uncomfortable foam block; the pillows are useless and my friend and I both had sore necks and backs from trying to sleep. The curtains only partly block out the sun. Forget about the TV from 1991; the general decor is poor and so is the air conditioning. The toilet is even worse. The first room had no hot water and it took far too long to get us a new room. The second room wasn't as bad though still the shower almost invited you not to get in. There's no room safe and I was invited with a smile to leave my valuables with the front desk and basically forfeit them. Though not exclusive to this hotel, soundproofing needs improvement as well. This place looks at least as old as the Spanish occupation and is better off consigned to history as well.

Every single thing about this property was a disappointment. Upon check-in we were given the wrong room type – I paid for a sweet they gave us a room, and then gave us trouble getting into the crack room. They told us breakfast was not included although the plan I paid for specifically included breakfast. They didn’t tell us that there would only be one key to the room even though there were two people sharing the room. And on top of everything else, the front desk staff is rude at every single point in the stay. I would never stay here again under any circumstances, nor can I recommend this property to anyone ever. Iam really disappointed about the cleanliness and the furnitures of the rooms are all damage and old. The bed foam are so thin and sheets are dirty white. Dirty floor especially corners, ceiling are moldy and toilet are moldy in between the grout, the windows are very dusty and rusty,the others are even tide up with wires just to have it locked. There was a room service availabe but i need to go out to the hallways to use phone to call them, no phone inside the room. The staff are helpful when i ask to change the room even i upgrade, but after viewing 6 rooms they are all in the same condition. I wish to enjoy my stay but iam very disapointed in that condition.

Thecstaff and good was great and location great for entertainment and shopping also site seeing! But the rooms were old and bedded decoration, the bathroom was dated and the toilet didn’t flush properly! The photos that they use to advertise thus place are not accurate I’m afraid!

The building is old and you could imagine was once impressive, however now it shows its age. The room on first impression was clean but the bathroom turned out to be infested with cockroaches. The bed and mattress were basic but not too uncomfortable. The air conditioning worked well. However, the hotel was located next to an open-air club area with drums, base and singing at extreme volume until at least 4.30 am every day making sleep almost impossible, even though we were on the 7th Floor.

The bar outside is noisy The band plays till late or the whole night til dawn The picture in booking is lot of different un actual room Yet its cheap to stay overnight but couldnt sleep
