GSH Colombo is at a great location close to shop and transports. It is along the main road, but no outside noise disturbance and we had a peaceful goodnight sleep. The twin room is reasonably good in size and equipped with the modern amenities, comfortable bed and some accessories are resonantly replaced with new ones. Bathroom is big, neat and tidy. Aircon was perfectly working. As they mentioned in their hotel details, we have been provided with tea, coffee, kettle, minibar, soap Shampoo, ironing ect…. Room service was very pleasing, and the executive housekeeper was caring and always in assistance. Wi-fi connection was given. Hotel provides 24 hours reception help desk and fulfilled whatever we requested sending it to our room. The few times we travelled to other part of Sri Lanka, they made us very comfortable taking care of our bags and the officer in charge of bags helped a lot when we move in out of the hotel and to transport. It was very pleasing. Hotel checking in and out was excellent.

General speaking was Ok. we had a problem with water heater 3 times they fix it Quick only problem we had one bar of soap every 2 days i had to ask for a second One but otherwise is a good place thank you Art.

It’s in the nice location. Room are small, but clean. Breakfast buffet is moderate. They can improve the buffet by adding some additional variety of foods. Staffs are helpful.
