I’ve stayed at The Lana Dubai several times, and every visit reminds me why it’s one of my favorite hotels in the city. Everything about the experience is exceptional — from the elegant design and comfortable rooms to the attention to detail that makes every stay feel special. The service is always outstanding. The team is consistently professional, warm, and genuinely cares about guests. I’d especially like to mention Nabil at the front desk, who always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

The hotel features a minimalist design, but the overall quality didn’t feel up to the standards of a true 5-star property. It aligns more with lifestyle or design hotels rather than established luxury hotels. While there were plenty of staff members around, the service was inconsistent and often left me wondering what they were actually doing. Despite the best efforts of some individuals, there seemed to be a noticeable lack of direction and management. The atmosphere carried a strong “new money” vibe, which may not appeal to those seeking understated elegance and true hospitality!
