Property Overview

One&Only One Za'abeel Dubai is located in the World Trade Centre Area and offers a modern, family-friendly environment with a range of leisure, wellness, and dining facilities. It provides convenient access to key business and leisure destinations, including Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Creek, as well as major attractions such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.

General Description

The hotel combines contemporary architecture with refined interiors, and selected accommodations feature generous layouts with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide wide city views. Guests have access to a spa, a fitness center, and a dedicated kids’ pool, along with a children’s program designed to keep younger guests engaged. The property also includes a ballroom, a landscaped garden, and several dining venues.

Tapasake, the Japanese-Mediterranean restaurant and pool experience at the property, is currently closed for enhancement and is planned to reopen in November 2025. While Tapasake restaurant and its pool remain closed, guests are encouraged to make use of The Garden Pool, a lagoon-style pool set in a green environment within the resort.

During this period, guests can enjoy privileged access and discounted rates at DRIFT Beach at One&Only Royal Mirage and Baôli Beach at J1 Beach. A complimentary daily shuttle service provides transportation to these beach clubs and also offers direct access to Dubai Mall for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The property highlights seasonal festive programming, including a Christmas tree installation at The Link in partnership with MESSIKA and limited-edition festive items at Maison Devoille, such as signature pastries and specially created seasonal beverages. The Link will also introduce NOBU One Za’abeel as a new dining venue, and guests can access the Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie, which offers advanced diagnostics, longevity consultations, and restorative and rejuvenating treatments. The minimum age for check-in is 18 years and above.

The Infinity Pool on Level 27 opened on 09.05.2026 and serves as an adults-only facility with views of the Dubai skyline. It provides a relaxed atmosphere with all-day poolside food and beverage service. Access is restricted to in-house guests and eligible Private Home owners.

Location

The property is situated in the Za'abeel district of Dubai. Guests staying here are a 5-minute walk from Dubai World Trade Centre and a 5-minute drive from Dubai Creek. The location places the hotel approximately 2.9 miles (4.7 kilometers) from Burj Khalifa and about 3.3 miles (5.4 kilometers) from Dubai Mall, providing straightforward access to both business venues and major attractions.

Dining

Guests can dine at one of the hotel’s multiple food and beverage outlets, including six restaurants and a coffee shop or café. There are also two bars or lounges where guests can order drinks and socialize. Tapasake is currently closed for enhancement until its scheduled reopening in November 2025, and NOBU One Za’abeel is announced as an upcoming culinary addition at The Link. Maison Devoille offers a selection of food and beverages, including festive pastries and seasonal drinks during the holiday period.

Rooms

The hotel features 229 individually decorated guestrooms equipped with minibars, stocked with some complimentary items, and espresso machines. Each room includes a Tempur-Pedic bed with premium bedding. Entertainment is provided by 58-inch Smart televisions with satellite channels, and guests can connect via complimentary wireless internet access.

Private bathrooms are fitted with shower and tub combinations and come with hair dryers and bathrobes. Connecting or adjoining rooms are available upon request and are subject to availability, allowing flexibility for families or groups.

Amenities

Recreational facilities at the property include an outdoor pool and a fitness center. Additional services such as concierge assistance and a banquet hall are provided. Guests can access The Garden Pool as an alternative while Tapasake and its pool remain closed, and they may also take advantage of privileged access and savings at external beach clubs, supported by the hotel’s complimentary shuttle service. The Infinity Pool on Level 27 is an adults-only facility with skyline views and an all-day poolside dining and beverage offering, reserved for in-house guests and eligible Private Home owners.

The hotel operates a 24-hour front desk and offers luggage storage as well as elevator access. For events and meetings, there is 4,489 square feet (417 square meters) of function space, comprising conference space and eight meeting rooms. Free valet parking is provided on site, supporting guests arriving by car.

Renovations

The property is undergoing renovation work from June 9, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with the completion date subject to change. One of the swimming pools and some dining venues are affected during this period. The hotel states that it will seek to reduce noise and disruption as much as possible while the work is in progress.
