We were very surprised that their new years eve party excluded the hotel guests and instead left us in the room awake all night caused by load music ALL night long until 6 AM!!! Incredible and very unprofessional. We went out for dinner and came back just after midnight, and thought we’d have a night cap in one of the hotels venues. Everything was closed due to a party and we were not getting access to any place except our room. No info giving in advance prior to booking, on website etc. we left the hotel the day after not having any sleep.

We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready, and then call three times and visit reception to get towels. The dinner buffet was not great. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable, with huge bed. The hotel really is a time travel experience and worthy of a one or two night stay

This hotel is supposed to be 4 star but was far from it. The property is in a poor state of repair, with paint peeling off the walls. The doors to the balcony were so delapidated that they wouldn't close properly. There was only one chair on the balcony and despite several requests we never got a second chair. There was constant noise, either from the high volume music or from the continual banging and hammering as they built or removed decking for weddings and parties. It was all very dissapointing and not what was expected from a hotel that charges so much.

Thought we would have a nice stay, but ended up in a room that was connected by a suite door to another room that had a baby in it that screamed and coughed all night from 0100-0930am. Staff did not comp our room. Should never put someone in a room that has a door connected to a loud family.

Room was nice with a great sea view. Staff were faultless. Lovely outdoor pool, and the buffet restaurant had a great selection of food.
