Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm until 12:00 am. For late check-in, guests must contact the booking provider or the property directly to prevent cancellation. Check-out is required by 12:00 pm.

Check-in Requirements

At check-in, guests may be required to present government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit for incidental expenses. Check-in Instructions

The check-in location is different from the main property. Check-in takes place at the West Wing Building. Guests must contact the property in advance, using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation, to arrange check-in. Guests planning to arrive after midnight must also contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Those arriving outside normal check-in hours are required to contact the property beforehand for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will receive and check in guests on arrival at the property. Information supplied by the property may be translated using automated translation tools.

Important Information You Need to Know

Children can stay at no additional charge when using existing bedding in the parent or guardian’s room. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms. Contactless check-in is available.

Fees and Extras
