Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 02:00 pm until 11:30 pm. For late check-in, guests must contact the booking agent or the property directly to avoid cancellation. Check-out is required by 12:00 pm.

Check-in Requirements

Additional charges for extra persons may apply and vary based on the property’s policy. At check-in, guests are required to present government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit to cover incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability at check-in and may result in extra charges; special requests are not guaranteed. The name on the credit card used at check-in for incidental charges must match the primary name on the guestroom reservation. The property accepts payment by credit cards and cash. Safety features at the property include a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, and a first aid kit. Check-in Procedure and Certification

Front desk staff will receive and check in guests upon arrival at the property. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. The property is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. Thailand SHA Plus is a health and safety certification, an additional level to the SHA standard, for properties that are open to vaccinated travelers and have at least 70% of staff vaccinated, issued by the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration.

Important Information

One child 5 years old or younger can stay free of charge when sharing the parent or guardian’s room and using existing bedding. Pets and service animals are not allowed at this property. Contactless check-out is available. The property is welcoming to guests of all sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQ+ friendly).

Fees and Extras

Optional fees include a charge for buffet breakfast of approximately THB 800 for adults and THB 400 for children. The fee for a rollaway bed is THB 1600 per day. The list of fees and deposits may not be exhaustive, and charges may not include tax and are subject to change.
