For bookings of up to 4 guests arriving via the Sentosa Express monorail, guests can present their reservation confirmation at the ticketing counter at VivoCity, Lobby L, Level 3, to receive a QR code for a complimentary ride into the island; the ticketing counter closes at 6 PM. The name on the photo ID presented at check-in must match the name on the reservation.

Important Information You Need to Know

The pool is accessible from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. One child aged 12 years or younger can stay free of charge when sharing the parent or guardian's room using existing bedding.
