Check-in is available from 02:00 pm until 12:00 am. For late check-in, guests should contact the property directly in advance to prevent cancellation. Check-out is required by 12:00 pm.

Check-in Requirements

Arrival and Transfers

The property provides airport and train station transfer services for an additional fee. Children and Meal Policies

Additional breakfast fees of 3,800–6,000 JPY apply for children 0–6 years old when they share existing bedding with a parent, and these charges are paid at the property. Meals are not included in the room rate for children.

Important Information

Pool access is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children 6 years old and under can stay at no additional cost when sharing the parent’s or guardian’s room and using existing bedding. Under regulations from the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, all international guests must provide their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility. In addition, lodging operators are required to photocopy all guests’ passports and keep these copies on file. Parking at the property is subject to height restrictions. Some properties in Japan do not allow guests with tattoos to use public bathing areas on site.

Mandatory Fees
