Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm until 12:00 pm. For late check-in, guests must contact the property or the booking provider in advance to avoid cancellation. Check-out is required by 12:00 pm.

Check-in Requirements

Additional person charges may apply and can vary according to the property’s policy. At check-in, guests must present government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability at check-in, may incur extra charges, and are not guaranteed. The minimum check-in age for Spring Break stays is 18 years. The property accepts credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Safety measures at the property include a fire extinguisher.

For Indian citizens, a valid photo identity card issued by the Government of India is required to register at the property. Guests who are not citizens of India must present a valid passport and visa.

Child and Extra Bed Policy

An extra bed is provided for one child over 8 years old and under 12 years old staying in a room with a parent. If more than one child between 8 and 12 years old is staying, an additional room is required at a discounted rate.

Up to two children 11 years old and younger can stay free of charge when using existing bedding in the parent or guardian’s room.

Check-in Special Instructions

Guests must contact the property in advance using the details on the booking confirmation to arrange check-in. Guests arriving outside normal check-in hours are required to contact the property beforehand to receive check-in instructions. Front desk staff will welcome guests on arrival. Guests must download the property’s Aarogya Setu mobile application before check-in.

At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or proof of full COVID-19 vaccination. Guests presenting a negative COVID-19 test result must have been tested no more than 72 hours before check-in. Customers may be asked by the property to provide documentation of recent travel history, such as passport immigration stamps, and/or complete a health declaration.

General Policies and Information

Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and must be made by contacting the hotel before arrival using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Connecting or adjoining rooms are available, subject to availability, and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation. Pets and service animals are not permitted at this property. Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

Mandatory Fees

The property charges mandatory fees, which may include applicable taxes, and are payable on-site. These include a Christmas Eve (December 24) gala dinner fee of INR 16520 per adult and INR 8260 per child aged 6 to 12 years. A New Year’s Eve (December 31) gala dinner fee of INR 22420 per adult and INR 11210 per child aged 6 to 12 years also applies. All charges listed are those provided by the property.

Optional Fees

Optional charges include a buffet breakfast fee of approximately INR 1850 per person. In-room wired internet access is available for about INR 1000 per day, subject to change. Wireless internet access in public areas is available for around INR 1000 per day, and wired internet in public areas for about INR 1000 per day, with rates subject to change.
