Check-in Requirements

Additional charges for extra persons may apply and vary according to the property’s policies. At check-in, guests may be required to present government-issued photo identification along with a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit to cover incidental expenses. Check-in Special Instructions

The property provides airport and train station transfer services for a surcharge. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will receive guests on arrival. Information supplied by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Guests may be asked by the property to present documentation of recent travel history, such as passport immigration stamps, and/or to complete a health declaration. To register, Indian citizens must provide a valid photo identity card issued by the Government of India, and non-Indian citizens must show a valid passport and visa.

Only registered guests are permitted in the guestrooms. Connecting or adjoining rooms are available, subject to availability, and can be requested by contacting the property at the number listed on the booking confirmation. Pets and service animals are not allowed at this property.

Mandatory Fees

Guests will be required to pay certain charges at the property, which may include applicable taxes. These charges include a Christmas Eve (December 24) gala dinner fee of INR 3540 per adult and INR 1770 per child (ages 6 to 11 years). Optional Fees
